Take a Breath: Mindfulness at the Beginning of the Quarter
We are excited to invite you to the second session in our free online wellness series to introduce practices that can help you achieve better balance, focus, and productivity. These will be 30-minute sessions hosted on Zoom in the middle of the day and structured to help you recharge and refresh.
We are working in partnership with New York-based emotional fitness company Frequency. The second session will be focused on breathwork, with breathwork practitioner Campbell Will. Please make sure you have space to recline or lay down during the session.
