Stress Reduction: Intro to Breathwork
We are excited to invite you to our free online wellness series to introduce practices that can help you achieve better balance, focus, and productivity. These will be 30-minute sessions hosted on Zoom in the middle of the day and structured to help you recharge and refresh.
We are working in partnership with New York-based emotional fitness company Frequency. Our first session is an introduction to breathwork, with Frequency co-founder Vivian Rosenthal. Please make sure you have space to recline or lay down during the session.
